How do licenses work? +

Each purchase includes a dedicated custom license key for one desktop device (Mac or Windows). Your key is yours to use on that device.

What is your refund policy? +

Project Sarah is licensed software. Once purchased, your license key is issued instantly via email. Due to the nature of digital licenses, we're unable to offer refunds after activation.

Updates are delivered via email or secure download link. You'll need internet access to retrieve updates and manage your license. All editions include dedicated support, and our team will notify you when updates are available.

Do I need to purchase an add-on right away? +

No. Add-ons are optional and can be purchased anytime—there are no limited quantities. We encourage you to explore which add-ons work with your edition. For example, the Ace Side Count add-on works with Sarah Live and Sarah Unlimited, but not Sarah Unlocked.

Does my license key expire? +

Your license key never expires once issued. The download link you receive expires in 7 days, but our support team can provide a new secure link anytime. Note: Once activated on a device, a license key can't be transferred, so keep it secure until you're ready to activate.

Can I upgrade from one edition to another? +

Yes, upgrades are available. If you're ready to move to a higher tier, contact our support team and we'll help you transition smoothly. You'll receive credit for your current edition toward the upgrade, and a new license key for your upgraded tier.

Is the installer safe to download? +
